We do guarantee our products and will gladly refund or exchange any products that are damaged or are low-quality prints. Please contact our support within 30 days of order to request an exchange or refund and make sure to include a photo of the damage or quality issue.
Note: return policy applies ONLY to products that are of poor production quality. Since products are produced on demand, Zodiacplus.com is unable to refund/exchange products in cases where a customer changes his/her mind or orders incorrectly (wrong size, color, etc.). Please confirm your order before submitting.

We will credit your account when any one of the following occurs:
Printing error: the design printed is materially different from the order and artwork specifications provided to us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error and return the affected product to us.Upon verification, we will provide a refund equal to the amount paid for the portion of the order that was incorrectly printed.
